Warringah were first in to the season decider with a 27 points to 17 win over the competition minor premiers Manly, at Manly Oval on Saturday.
In the second semi-final on Sunday, Northern Suburbs who have hit form at the right time of the season, defeated Eastwood 42-25, whose win over Manly in the qualifying final was the upset of the finals series.
Warringah have come close to the playing in the grand finals over recent years, making the semi-final last year before losing to Sydney University and contesting the qualifying finals in the two years before that.
The Rats win over Sydney University by 29 to 23 in 2005 was the first major title for the club since making their debut in the premier division of club rugby in 1971.
Northern Suburbs will now appear in back-to-back Grand Finals under coach Simon Cron who will leave the club to join the NSW Waratahs coaching staff after this game.
In the Colts games, Sydney University are once again through to all three grand finals to be played on Sunday, from 11:15am with the first grade colts match kicking off at 3:00pm at Concord Oval.
